How do I know whether a darkFlash CPU cooler supports my CPU socket?

and check the supported CPU sockets in the product specifications.

Compare the listed socket names, such as Intel LGA1851 or LGA1700 and AMD AM5 or AM4, with the socket used by your motherboard and CPU. Check the complete cooler model and version, as products in the same series may include different mounting hardware.

Also confirm that the required bracket, backplate, and mounting parts are included with your product.

Where should I connect the pump and fans on my all-in-one (AIO) liquid cooler?

Turn off the PC, switch off the PSU, and unplug the power cord before connecting the cooler.

Scan the QR code on the product packaging to access the darkFlash manual page. Search for the complete cooler model and follow the connection diagram for that model. Also refer to the motherboard manual for the location and specifications of each header.

Never connect a 3-pin 5V ARGB cable to a 4-pin 12V RGB header.

After starting the PC, confirm in the BIOS or monitoring software that the pump and fans are detected and operating. If the pump speed is not detected or the CPU temperature rises rapidly, turn off the PC immediately and recheck the connections.

Depending on the cooler model:

Connect the pump cable to the header specified in the cooler manual, such as AIO_PUMP, PUMP, or CPU_FAN.

Connect the radiator fans to CPU_FAN, CPU_OPT, or the included fan hub or controller, as instructed.

Connect ARGB lighting only to a compatible 3-pin 5V ARGB header or the included controller.

Connect any required internal USB or SATA power cables shown in the manual.

Where should I install my AIO radiator for the best cooling performance?

For most systems, mounting the radiator at the top of the case as exhaust provides a good balance between CPU cooling and overall case airflow. A front-mounted radiator can also provide strong CPU cooling, although it may direct warmer air toward the graphics card and other components.

Whichever position you choose, make sure that at least part of the radiator is positioned higher than the pump. This helps keep air away from the pump and reduces the risk of noise or reduced cooling performance. When installing the radiator at the front of the case, position the tubes at the bottom whenever the case layout allows.

The best mounting position also depends on the case design, radiator size, component clearance, and airflow direction. Check the specifications of both the case and the cooler before installation.

For model-specific instructions, scan the QR code on the product packaging and search for your exact model to access its manual.

What should I do if my AIO cooler makes a bubbling or gurgling sound?

A brief bubbling or gurgling sound can be normal after installation or when the system is first turned on. It is usually caused by small air bubbles moving through the cooler and should decrease after the pump has been running for a while.

If the sound continues, confirm that at least part of the radiator is positioned higher than the pump. For a front-mounted radiator, position the tubes at the bottom whenever possible.

You can also shut down the computer, place the case on a stable surface, and gently tilt it a few degrees in different directions. Return the case to its normal position before turning the computer back on. Do not shake or turn the case upside down.
